Hi Dorit,
From the first moment, over four years ago, that I first noticed your art work on paper, serighraphs, I've enjoyed looking at the way you have combined the variety of colors with the images of a happy musician and the little birds at their side.
The message that your paintings send with merriment, humor and music with the birds shall always draw me to consider anything you paint, since they're done in a positive light.
Best wishes for continued success.

I love your work, I bought in an art auction on a cruise a litograph because I love your colors. I even rename my art as "las gorditas" its an endearment name we use in our family. I should be getting it pretty soon. I will continue to check your web site. Keep the vibrant colors, the warmth, it is happy art I love it.

Dorit, I have had the thrill of seeing some of your wonderful work. My friend purchased some of your art, while on a cruise. I have been "haunted" by the beauty and festivity of your lively and colorful expressions of love and life. As fruit is to the harvest tree, your art is to the walls of my friend's home. The warmth and joy of the color you breath life to your work with, is second only to the sweet, yet powerful tone of the images themselves. Jacquie, my dear friend and tasteful conosur of things both artful and delight-some, also has a piece, by your hand, that is a sketch, with no visual spectral color, but equally colorful, are the sweet images that seem to be characteristic of your art. I hope one day, to acquire a piece of your work for myself. It may be a very long time, before I would be able to afford an acquisition, but I will not purchase anything of another artists work until I satisfy my taste for the flavor of the fruit of your labours. You must be a joyful person. Thank you for sharing. Sincerely Veronica

Hi Dorit and Marco (my Israeli brother)

It was so good seeing both of you again on the Reunion Cruise on board the Ruby Princess (July 2010). As always we enjoyed your new works of art and congratulations on the sales of your art at the reunion auctions. We have fond memories with you guys and hope to be able to catch up again in the not too distant future. We will be in touch and no doubt I will be hearing from Marco very shortly since he has my mobile numbers (both NZ and HK).

Our fondest regards

Hi Dorit and Marco,

We hope you are keeping well! We heard a rumour that you might be in our region this year. The five original paintings look wonderful and will continue to bring much happiness.

The problem with Princes was never resolved - so it is unlikely we meet again on a cruise ship. Hopefully, this will not stop us from meeting somewhere else and sharing another pleasant moment together.

Best wishes to both of you.

Hi Dorit--I think your work is wonderful---I am an appraiser with the ISA and do many things for Princess cruises (Global Fine Arts). I have appraised many of your pieces---I currently have a rather large appraisal and it contains 3 of your original oils--I would like to be able to consult with you hopefully about suggested retail pricing for insurance. Thank you Jerry Bengis ISA

We bought our originial oil painting on the Norweigian Cruise on 10/05. It's called Levi/
The Cellist II. I do have the certificiate for it
being original. It's beautifully framed. It actually
hangs over our bed. We are moving and would
like to sell our piece of artwork. Any inquiries would be appreciated.

Hello L.dorit,
My name is Caitlin, i am 14 years old living in Canberra, our nations capital of Australia, and just like you, i am an artist.

Though i am only young, i have entered many art compotitions, however since i am a realist, the judges donot take to my art work, no matter how unbeleavibly real they may seem. I am currently attending one of Canberra's most hardest art school to get into Lavendar Art Studios, taught my Greg Mackey.

Greg has taught me many styles over the last seven years, for i was the youngest ever to be accsepted into his art school. Now unfortunently due to the ecconomic standards, the school has become open to the public, this last year.

My pashion is pastal and water colour, those arround me find my watercolour paintings simply devine, i say my insparation for all of my work comes from you. However my main pashion is portriture.

The reason why i am telling you this, is because you have enspired me to become an artist. Ever since i was little, my family has always shown your art work as inspiration. I am embrassed by your inovation of colour and creativity, and i am intranced of how you can paint such wonderful masterpeices.

One day i would love to meet you in person, for it has become my lifes dream to follow in your footsteps and create beautiful peices of artwork for the world to enjoy.

Though i am set on changing the world, by becoming an environmental conservationist, i will along the way create peices of work to show the bright musical, wonderous future that lies ahead. And demonstrate my lifes journey, the places i visit, the things i witness and the people i meet.

Right at this moment i have taken the liberity to start a part time job. At the moment my goal is to buy an origional oil painting from one of your collections. Simply because i only have two prints which i bought on a cruise. Unfortunently i was out bidded many times by an art collecter, who is simply shameful to your work.

Apparently he buys art work, just so others cannot have them. Then he locks them up in a shed, never to see the art of day again.

When i found this out i simply cried and reported it to the actioneer, saying that art has a soal too, and this man should not be allowed to partisapate.

Of coarse he said," you should be ashamed, this man brings alot of money to this auction and you should not interfeer. "

I would love to know how you get your ideas, to paint such unique and beautiful musical pictures. And, if it is not to much hassal, how, how do you paint your pictures in such a style?

Well thankyou for reading my overly long fan mail.
sencearly, your follower and fellow art lover
